The combination of Selva di Val, Ortisei and Santa Christina all form the Val Gardena ski resort. These areas grant you access to the most attractive parts of Dolomiti Superski. Whether it be going at a leisurely pace on the children and beginner friendly slopes or skiing endlessly round the Sella-Massif, you’ll be able to admire the stunning scenery and breath-taking views. The Sella Ronda also allows you to ski round the Sella-Massif for hours on end without skiing on the same slope twice! (We recommend skiing only in a clockwise direction – follow the green signs).
Take a detour on the Marmolada glacier, or if you are interested in free riding go on the Sass Pordoi. Unfortunately between the ski areas there are a lot of flat levels that you have to cross to access other slopes and be aware that ski lifts and slopes can become quite busy.
All in all, we recommend this ski resort as it offers something for everyone, the slopes are well looked after and the ski resort offers challenging slopes for advanced skiers. However, if lightly clothed women dancing on tables in front of Refugio Piz Seteur is your kind of thing, there are even better ski resorts for party-seekers (like Ischgl, Sölden or St. Anton). In the valley
there are hotels and accommodation for everyone.
